Because balloons made of different materials have different floating times and are affected by environmental factors, the degree of oxidation of balloons will also vary.

Generally speaking, latex balloons float for 6-9 hours, crystal balloons can float for 2-3 days, and aluminum balloons can float for 3-5 days.

To ensure the best results, especially for photographic purposes, we generally recommend picking up your order on the day of the event.

We provide plastic bag packaging services. After the balloon is wrapped, you just need to make sure the balloon is inside the bag to prevent it from becoming airborne. Generally speaking, it can be taken on various means of transportation, such as buses and subways.

If it is a hotel decoration:

• If the guest is not present : You can contact the hotel in advance and provide us with your name and phone number. We will collect the key cards from the hotel reception and arrange the room on the day of your stay. We will contact you once the room is ready and provide photos of the room. Please ensure that the hotel agrees to our collection of the key cards.

• Guests present : You can wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time and we will take you to your room for setup.
