Terms and Conditions

Purchase Notes

①Please read the product details carefully before making payment. Once the order is confirmed, we will not accept any refunds or exchange for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation.

Balloons are fragile items. Beautifly Balloon (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") only ensures that the balloons are intact and the quantity is complete upon delivery. Customers are requested to inspect the quantity and quality of the goods on site when picking up the goods. We will not accept any returns or exchanges for any damage or loss after delivery.

 

If the product does not match the type, color, or quantity ordered, please contact us immediately for a replacement. If the product has already been received, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Once payment is made, it means you agree to the above terms.

In case of any dispute, Beautifly Balloon reserves all rights.

Delivery arrangements and notes

① Due to the traffic conditions on the day, the company cannot guarantee the delivery time. We apologize for any delays or advances. We recommend that customers allow 60 minutes for waiting time. After delivery, the waiting time for collection is 15 minutes. Any delays will be borne by the buyer.

 

② If you choose to have the balloon delivered by a freight company, you are responsible for any risks of the balloon during transportation (such as explosion). We will not accept any refund or exchange requests.

 

③ The company will entrust a freight company to deliver the goods to the designated location or a nearby parking location. Delivery does not include upstairs/door delivery. Customers must pick up the goods from the truck themselves.

 

④ The Company will exchange the customer and driver's contact information for communication purposes.

Change pickup time/date

① Please arrive within the scheduled time. Once the balloon is inflated, the pickup date cannot be changed. The float time of the balloon will be calculated from the day it is inflated.

 

② If the customer needs to change the pickup time on the same day, please notify the company at least 3 hours in advance. If the balloon has been inflated, the pickup date cannot be changed. The floating time of the balloon will be calculated from the day it is inflated.

 

③ If you need to change the pickup date, please notify our customer service at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will not be able to process the change.

 

④ If you fail to notify us of the change in appointment time before the designated time, the company will not notify you further and the transaction will be deemed cancelled and no refund will be given.

Helium Balloon Precautions

① Balloons have a limited float time, please note this before purchasing.

 

② Latex helium balloons can generally stay aloft for 6-9 hours, aluminum-film ammonia balloons can generally stay aloft for 3-5 days (depending on the balloon's shape, size, temperature, and environment), and crystal balloons can generally stay aloft for 2-3 days (depending on the balloon's shape, size, temperature, and environment).

 

③ Products will be provided in plastic bags for pick-up/delivery orders.

 

④ The product is not resistant to external factors such as high temperature, temperature changes, strong wind, sunlight, sharp objects, etc. Please try to avoid placing the product outdoors for a long time.

 

The balloons may leak or shrink over time or when exposed to cold. This is normal and our company will not accept returns or exchanges due to this. We recommend that you pick up and use the balloons on the same day .

Disclaimer

If the Company is unable to accurately provide the services you require due to force majeure , including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Company, the Company will not assume any liability to users or any third party.

 

② If you need to change the pickup/delivery date due to event cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes will not be accepted if the balloon has already been inflated.

 

③Once the order is confirmed, no refund will be made for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation.

Inclement Weather Arrangements

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted in Hong Kong, delivery service times may be delayed or changed. Once the signal or warning is cancelled, the company will contact the customer as soon as possible to make alternative delivery arrangements. The company reserves the right to refuse delivery to any customer.

 

①Meet the customer in person

If it is safe, you can choose to continue to pick up the goods from our company. Our company will make arrangements based on the actual situation on the day and reserves the right to make any changes.

 

②Delivery arrangements

The arrival time depends on the traffic conditions on the day. The company cannot guarantee the delivery time. If there is any advance or delay, please understand. The company will make arrangements based on the actual situation on the day and reserves the right to make any changes.

 

Venue layout arrangements

When Gale Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, venue layout services will be suspended.
