Delivery, pick-up and SF Express arrangements
Hotel Decoration Arrangement
Self-collection: Beautifly Balloon HK
Room 03, 13/F, Kodak Building 2, 39 Healthy Street East, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (5-minute walk from Exit C of Quarry Bay MTR Station)
Delivery: Charged by region (please refer to the shipping fee table for each region)
SF Express Cash on Delivery: Ships the next day after payment
The guest is not present
For balloon decorations at Hong Kong hotels, please contact the hotel in advance and leave your name and phone number. We will then collect your room key from the hotel reception on the day of the decoration. We will contact you and take photos of the decorations for you upon completion.
(If you are not present, please ensure the hotel allows us to collect your room key and decorate the room yourself.)
Can I take public transportation with a helium balloon?
We provide free plastic bagging for your balloons. As long as you keep them in the bag to prevent them from becoming airborne, they can generally be used on all modes of transportation.
